It is a masterplan proposal for the a state-of-art manufacturing facility, that is an industry leader, spread across 25 acres. The site is a riverside property located in the rolling hills of the rural county. The proposal embodies the core philosophy of the client and manifests them into physical form. The design incorporates factory, store, museum, club house, water front, promenade, lawns, forest, labor colony, cricket ground, pavilion as well as an amphitheatre which shall be developed phase wise.
