Rotary Earthquake Rehabilitation Township

The project was initiated in response to the catastrophic earthquake in 2001, which destroyed most of the traditional buildings in the village of Metoda. With the aid from Rotary Foundation, 175 homes to earthquake affected destitute families were erected along with school, hospital, bus-stop etc.
